Cancellations

Service cancellations must be requested in writing (via email or official communication).

Cancellation terms, including notice periods, will be governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract signed with the client.

If no SLA specifies cancellation terms, a 30-day written notice is required before termination of ongoing services.
Refunds

No refunds will be provided for services already delivered.

Payments made for ongoing or upcoming service periods are generally non-refundable.

In certain cases, refunds, credits, or adjustments may be granted if specifically stated in the SLA or mutually agreed upon in writing.
Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered only in the following cases:

Overpayment due to billing errors.

Service disruptions directly caused by Stardawn IT that are not resolved within the SLA-defined timeframe.
