Jagjeet Singh
Jagjeet has been working inside the MSP ecosystem since 2011 — starting as a LabTech RMM consultant and going deep enough to build custom plugins for the platform. Over 15 years, he has developed expertise across ConnectWise Automate, NinjaRMM, Datto RMM, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, M365, AWS Workspace, and Google Workspace. Microsoft- and Apple-certified, Jagjeet founded StarDawn IT to deliver the kind of RMM and infrastructure expertise that most MSPs struggle to find, let alone afford full-time.
Vandana Thakur
Vandana brings technical depth and operational clarity to every client engagement. With a B.Tech in Computer Science and hands-on experience in the MSP space since 2018, she ensures that projects don't just get started — they get delivered. Her background spans RMM administration, client communication, and service operations, making her the anchor that keeps StarDawn IT's standards consistently high.
